These terms cover the websites run by Myro Control, LLC ("we"): myrocontrol.com, the shop, the forum, the Myro:Air site and our product pages. Our apps have their own terms in the Software License. How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy.
Agreeing to these terms#
By using our sites, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Who may use our sites#
Anyone may browse. To open a forum account or buy from the shop, you must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
Accounts#
Shop and forum accounts are yours alone. Keep your password private and tell us if someone else may have used it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Shop purchases#
- Prices. Prices are in US dollars and can change before you order. If we list a wrong price, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel.
- Taxes. We add sales tax where the law requires it.
- Payment. Stripe or PayPal processes your payment. We never see your full card number.
- Shipping. Delivery dates are estimates.
- Returns and refunds. All sales are final. We don't accept returns or give refunds.
- Hardware warranty. Hardware you buy from us is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. If something fails under normal use in that time, contact support
